Lot Spa Hotel on the Dead Sea This 4 star hotel is deservedly ranked number one of all the Dead Sea hotels. The Lot Spa hotel has its own strip of beach, its own unique spa service and top quality attention to guests. It might look a little aged from the outside, but what can we say, never judge a book by its cover! Rates: Hunt around on the web or for a good travel agent, you may well be able to get a room for around $170.
Isrotel Dead Sea Hotel and Spa Another 4 star hotel that has a private beach just a short walk across the road from the hotel. Most recommend the service highly (with the odd complaint), and it seems to be a great spot for a relaxing, romantic vacation. Common feedback is “Good food, nice rooms, and very clean” plus great reviews on their spa! Rates: Seem to start from $210, and can peak at $400+, but it’s worth hunting around online for deals.
The Masada Hostel This is the place to rest your head if you intend on trekking up to the top of Masada at sunrise. Easy to get to thanks to local bus routes, just watch out for the school groups! Great food, though you have to pay extra for dinner. There’s a swimming pool too (in season)! Don’t forget, this is a hostel, not a hotel… Rates: Seem to be $35+ for a dorm bed and around $100 for a double room. Prices include a good, hearty breakfast.
Royal Rimonim Dead Sea Quite possibly ther most attractive of all Dead Sea hotels, this place has apparently improved service a lot recently and guests seem very satisfied with great food, a spa and great, spacious rooms on offer. The staff seem to have taken complaints seriously over recent years and things are MUCH better. There are 420 rooms, each with a private balcony. Rates: Seem to be in the $190-$300 range.
Spa Club Hotel Surprisingly, this hotel has no balconies facing the Dead Sea, but it more than makes up for it with beautiful spa facilities. Perhaps they assume you’re going to be spending more time in the spa rather than your room! Kids under 16 not allowed. See our full review here. Rates: A little more expensive, with rates between $210-$370.

Location and How to get there:

The Daniel Dead Sea hotel is located on the main road in the Ein Bokek area which is the area where all the Dead Sea hotels are located. The hotel can easily be spotted by its unique structure and designs with a huge golden ball in the middle and arched shapes around.

There is an adjoining beach, tanning areas, beach services, convenient access to the water, specially designed sun pavillions, swimming pools and rooftop solarium with tanning areas for men and women. Built as recently as 1988, the Leonardo Club Hotel has 10 floors containing 388 rooms and 5 elevators. In 1998 the hotel’s new wing was constructed, and in 2003 the lobby furniture was replaced, as was the carpeting in the rooms. In 2007 the carpeting in the lobby and main and small dining room was replaced. In October 2006 the spa received some pampering of its own and was renovated.

Dining options in the Leonardo Club Dead Sea hotel are all Inclusive, including free beverages and also a light dairy midnight meal.
